A deal with compensation for the owners means that the owners of the plot will obtain new housing on their plot without investing in the construction of the building.

In this case the owners concede the right to construct on their plot to the investor or the developer and in return they receive part of the premises, the developers getting the other part (up to 70%) of the edifice. The plot remains in possession of the initial owners until the construction is completed and Act 16 (Occupancy permit) is issued.

Only the investors/developers pay commission to the agency in such transactions.
