The real estate market is in a period of wait and regulate. The prizes of some properties, which were speculatively raised and unreal, bring back to normal at the moment, the market is bending in sensible limits, the buyers have chance to choose from the increasing amount of offers. At the moment the purchase of apartment is profitable through the fact that the selling prices have almost reached their optimum level. The constructors can not build and therefore accomplish deals under the prime cost of the flats. The searching of panel apartments is even weaker, whereas their offering is increasing.
