The clients become more demanding about the location

The offering of real estate properties in Lozenets is increasing, while the clients get more selective about the location and disposition of the apartments. In general the demand has dropped since the beginning of the year. The customers prefer the old part of the neighbourhood rather than the area near to the Spartak swimming pool and Hladilnika. 

 

There is a standstill in the searching and offering in the city downtown. The prices are not decreasing. The clients are looking for attractive and well located real estate properties in the ideal city centre, but there are fewer such offers available in the market. 

 

The clients' interest in commercial and office area remains, and is concentrated on new administrative and commercial buildings. 

 

There is a constant interest in apartments in newly built buildings located in the wide city centre. The attention is focused on areas which are not overbuilt and on smaller housings. The searching of real estate properties at the moment has slowed down, while many of the customers are waiting for the market to calm down.
